Hi, I am experiencing same issue, battery is draining within hours...
But after going through this thread, I understand that it might only be a matter of time until draining goes back to normal procedure,
Can anyone tell me approx how many days it takes until it is back to normal?

I'm just reading some threads and proir to installing 10.2.1 (or any OS updates for that matter) my Q10 phone had a battery life of usually 36 hours.
Just updated my OS and the battery life was less than 4 hours.
I don't call getting through the day "good battery life" and I'm pretty **bleep** off right now.
Does anyone have any actual useful help?
My PIM services are using an average of 30 percent battery on the chart for battery use, but i dont know what that even means, how do you a graph a % usage vs time, does 30% mean 30% per hour?
I read a thread earlier that someone suggested that they changed their email sync setting to every 24hours, but I'm not sure why you would want your email to sync every 24 hours, I'm pretty sure the who point of sending and receiving emails is to get them instantly, none of this was an issue before with my OS.
Does this have something to do with new "radio" features? Can i disable the "radio"?
this new os is such **bleep**, the reason i liked blackberry was because it provided all my busness needs without all of the overhead bull**bleep** fml

Been monitoring CPU and battery usage since I noticed issues, I'll see how today goes.
My PIM services has settled down somewhat but 1 hour ago my battery life was projecting 1 day and 5 hours, without using my phone, now (1 hour later) battery life is projecting 22 hours.
I hadn't installed any updates to this point since purchasing the phone for this very reason, especially after seing what iphone did with their updates. I'm a business user so performance and function is paramount to me, not stylized apps and that kind of thing.
Saw another thread that suggested doing a backup, wiping the phone and restoring the backup, I'll see how the battery looks in two or three hours and then probably go down that road, check it again and then try my hardest to find a 10.1.something release.....

I just thought I would throw in a comment regarding my own experience with battery life since updating the OS. Previously, my Z10 would be on its last legs by the time I went to bed, but at least I was getting a full day of use out of it including a couple of hours of Internet use via my carrier or WiFi (I have both WiFi and Bluetooth enabled 24/7). Since the update I'm finding I have about 40-50% battery life left when I go to bed, so there has been a very significant improvement in battery efficiency since the OS update.
