BlackBerry 10.2.0.424 Error

Previously my BB Z10 is awsome, yesterday i updated to 10.2.0.424. After updating, my contacts vanished. Even if i add a new contacts, its not showing. BBM contacts are also gone.. if somebody help me to get my older os.. it will be good for me,,, now i want to degrade, no upgrade. Sorry BlackBerry

You cannot downgrade.

 


You can reset your phone to factory settings if you wish to see if it corrects your issue. Resetting to factory settings will wipe out all your data so you should save it first. To save all your stuff download and install BlackBerry Link on your computer from the link below. Resetting will not back-up the OS on your phone. Once you have downloaded and installed BlackBerry Link connect your phone to your computer and save your stuff. Once saved disconnect your phone from the computer.

To reset your phone: tap the Settings App, scroll down and tap Security and Privacy, tap Security Wipe, tap the blank box and enter blackberry.

Once Wiped reconnect your phone to your computer and install your stuff.

I also have multiple problems : 

 

upgraded to 10.2 and problems : 

Q10 reboots itself

contactphotos disappear

impossible to send new mail (reply works)

after shutdown, has to rebuild the mail completely

 

Any way to solve?

Do a backup of your phone and do a hard reset, if still not working probably you need to restore from Link, and update a clean install.

how do I do a "hard reset" - eg what do you mean with hard reset ?
