Re: BlackBerry 10.2 OS Begins Roll Out

Hello,

I haven't received a response to my post from last Monday 18 November.  Since then my phone has "settled down" a bit so I only have to do a hard re-start about 5-7 times a day (mainly I think because I haven't been on it as much).  Where can I turn to for help?

Thanks,

G.

I'd install 10.2.0.1803

Re: BlackBerry 10.2 OS Begins Roll Out

Thanks, I'll try it.  But, what is the difference between an update 10.2.0.424 and 10.2.0.1803?  Are the final 3 or 4 digits Carrier-specific?  If YES, how is it possible that my carrier sent me the wrong one?  Thanks

Re: BlackBerry 10.2 OS Begins Roll Out

10.2.0.424 is a "Software Release" version which contains OS version 10.2.0.1791

10.2.0.429 is the Software Release which contains OS version 10.2.0.1803

Re: BlackBerry 10.2 OS Begins Roll Out

So what would be the difference between 10.2.0.1791 and 10.2.0.1803 and how am I supposed to know which one I need?

You can use either one.

With the issues you're having, I'd personally recommend .1803

Re: BlackBerry 10.2 OS Begins Roll Out

Has the issue of contact groups been addressed in 10.2?
