Hi Guys ... The update from me is that I have managed to contact the Customer Care of Carrefour in Dubai and they have asked me to send the phone to them. But the most wired thing is that they have asked me to send the phone with some person.
Do they expect me to send a person all the way from India carrying the the Phone to get it inspected by Carrefour Staff???
Luckily I have a few friends in Dubai and I have sent the Phone to them and they will take it to the Carrefour Store.
This is just so pathetic, the worst support I have ever seen.
Still, I am keeping my fingers crossed and I hope that they replace the phone.
