I tried to restart the Blackberry to see if the changes take effect
Then open your browser and let us know if you still have problems.
If your problem evidences the persistence applies a hard reset
While pressing the volume button with more and less power button for 30seconds.

I recommend making a backup with BBLINK
Following this make a reload of the BlackBerry OS Link
And after the reload again upgrade to the latest official version
To see if your problem is finally solved this.
