My blackberry Z10 is currently running on 10.0.9.348. And I'm trying to install whatsapp which requires at least 10.0.10 or higher. The problem is I cannot update the software and everytime I check for software updates I get a massage saying that I have the latest software.
What should I do to update the software?

Each carrier controls the updates for their users...yours simply has not updated yet. There are tricks to attempt to force it, but they come with the usual cautions -- some reports exist of users doing this "force" and rendering their BB inoperable on their home carrier network (radio file changes and such, that are not compatible). But, if you wish to make the attempt, here are the tricks:

Why can't you delete the new software and install it again.
I don't quite understand what you are asking...but the basic answer is that things work the way they work, and we can't change that. But, again, I don't quite understand what you are asking.
