Blackberry 10 Sync problems e-mail

dear all,


perhapssomebody can help me. I just bought a new Q10 and set up my mail addresses. One of them is gmail which is working properly. The other one is a company mail account which I set up with Microsoft active sync. I turned off push for both accounts and "sync interval" to manual.


This is working fine for the gmail account whereas for the company active sync account it is not working. The mails are pushed every 15 minutes. I deleted the account and installed it again. Without any result...


Can somebody help?

I have exactly the same troubles. A technical Blackberry Advisor with nickname Mad Viking gave me a reply.

I think the problem came with the last update and hope BB will fix it soon.
