Blackberry OS update

Hello ,

I have Z10 running OS 10.0.9.348. I am unable to update to new OS. "Check for update option" displays a message "You have the lastest software"  with a warning symbol. I want to update to new version. Thank you!

Re: Blackberry OS update

I didn't get whats mobile provider. Its a unlocked device(developer device) both given by Blackberry. There is no sim card in any of the device.
