Blackberry Trade-up program scam

So last December, I purchased a new Z10 and sent my Bold 9900 with all appropriate documentation to the Blackberry Trade-up website offer, and...nothing. No payment, two emails ignored...so what are my options now? The email contact provided by Blackberry is an outside company. It's like Blackberry reels you in with their good name, then passes you off to some shady outfit that steals your phone.

Re: Blackberry Trade-up program scam

I recall that program and seeing users get the reward, but do you recall if you were within the dates required?

What was the outside company?

Trust me, BlackBerry hasn't pulled any scam on you.

Re: Blackberry Trade-up program scam

Blackberry itself did not steal my phone, but Clover Wireless, contracted to run the Blackbery Trade-up program sure did. Beware people.

Re: Blackberry Trade-up program scam

I can only encourage you to continue to contact them...

You've heard nothing back, no confirmation... nothing?
