Bluetooth headset and Nobex

There appears to be a problem with my bluetooth headset, the BlueAnt Q3 and the Nobex radio program. When I use the headset, I can't adjust the volume for any radio station I'm listening to. My Z10 will show a pop-up window with a speaker icon with padlock symbol when I press either volume key. I do not have a problem adjusting the volume when using the phone app via the bluetooth headset. I have tried deleting and re-pairing the headset but there was no change in the problem. Is BlackBerry aware of this problem and is there a fix available?

could you provide a screenshot of the pop-up window when you use the volume rocker in the Nobex app?
