Since updating to 10.2.1 a couple of days ago, my Z10 no longer connects with my bluetooth headset, car kit, or laptop.
I've tried deleting all and then pairing them again however the phone isn't found by my laptop and I just get a "cannot connect" message for the others.

You are not the only ones. I am having the same issue. I can pair to my vehicle but when I turn off the radio or restart the car it will not pair. It shows profiles in both phone and car but they will not pair. I have had to delete both bluetooth profiles on device and vehicle and start the pairing process again. This happened when I upgraded 10 10.2.1.537. I have opened a case ID 27343869 and was given a phone number 877-255-2377 to folow up.
I spoke to Blackberry on Friday 1/31. They are well aware of the problem and their development team is working on a fix. It sounded like it's a big deal and they are working to remedy. They said all users will be notified via another upgrade that should fix the glitch. I don't know how long this takes.

Same issue here, stopped working with my mercedes bluetooth after 10.2.1.537 update.
Tried all the suggestions by others merc owners from crackberry forum, no success.
Worked fine with 10.0, 10.1 and 10.2
Pairs ok inistially but after its disconnected it won't reconnect.
Major issue for me like many others. I contacted the BlackBerry Helpdesk via twitter, they've come back eventually and asked for my PIN so they can investigate.
They might have a solution by the time my phone comes up for an upgrade, could seriously be the frist time I don;t consider a BB in 7 years.

Same issue here with Mercedes car. I hope BBRY will fix it quickly because it's also a major issue for me like many others and it could seriously be the frist time I don't consider a BBRY since 5 years!
