Bluetooth not working after updates

Since doing the last 2 updates the bluetooth on my phone doesn't work. Cannot connect to anything, car, speakers, computer. I've tried just about everything I've seen in the forums and the blackberry help nothing is working. Any ideas?

Are you running an Official OS?

 

Because Bluetooth seems to work intermitently with leaked OS..

Hello,

 

Something may have gone wrong in the update, and a full OS reload would be therefore recommended.For Z10, the current OS (note...NOT Software Release) is 10.2.1.3253. You can reload via LINK or AutoLoader:

Via LINK, the version made available to you is controlled by your carrier, while via AutoLoader you can choose any OS version you want.
