CANNOT UPDATE MY APPLICATIONS OR INSTALL NEW APPLICATION FROM BB WORLD PIN : 24C9F771

Dear Sir / Mam,

 

On Dated 19.05.2013 at 17:20 Hrs via your your Web I have updated the New BB10 OS by 10.1.0.273 and after all application Like Facebook, Linkind, Tweeter, Gtalk has stopped working and also I couldn't able to install any new Applications from BB World.

 

Also I am getting Notification for Updated for my Application but when I am going to access the same via BB World all the Button with Option UPDATES are disabled.

 

Kindly provide me your assistance to above said problem for my comfortable ease at earliest.

What happens when you try to download an application from BlackBerry World?  Do you get a specific error?

 

Are you able to browse in the browser?
