Uninstall Link on your computer then reboot. Reinstall Link and reboot.

Connect your device to your computer and launch Link. Enter your device password and let me know if you are now able to connect to your device and access it in Link.

Hello,

 

I am having the same issue with BB LInk sync photos as well.  It didn't work to auto sync when I plug in my phone with the USB cable.

 

I am running Win 8 64 bits.  The software version is 10.1.0.4181.   OS version is 10.1.0.4633

You can also use WIFI to copy any files to and from the phone, if you enable the WIFI sharing on the phone then the phone memory and the SD card will appear as network share in windows explorer
