Can't minimize Visual Voicemail to take notes and other VVM issue

This morning a courier called me to let me know a package was ready for pickup, and in the message provided me with the tracking number.


I tried to swipe the VVM app away so I could type the tracking number, but the message stopped playing.  As this was a feature I used a fair bit on my 9800 I was surprised that it didn't work on the Z10.


Also, when pausing the voicemail and then resuming it, it doesn't continue to play back via speakerphone, I need to disable/enable the speaker mode each time.  Also, using the scrubber to rewind/fast forward through a message causes the message to pause.  Annoying on its own, moreso when you have to reactivate the speaker each time.
