Cannot reload BB10 OS

Hi there


I have a BBz10 on Rogers. I have the connect to computer logo appearing on my phone. Ive tried battery pull turned on and off and nothing gets me past this logo. I've connected to BB Link and clicked reload softwear but BBL does not recognize that there is a Z10 connected! Help!!!

And if you have troubles with BB Link, you can try via the "update via web" option here, I have not tried it myself, but I believe that it works: www.blackberry.com/update
