Re: Critical Update for OS 10.2.1.3175 to 10.2.1.3247

I'd run an autoloader to reinstall 10.2.1.3175 (do make a backup first, though.)  Once that's done, wipe the device.  Then install this patch.  See if the proximity sensor issue is still there.  The autoloader reloads everything and goes much deeper than any other method.

Once you're done don't restore the "Settings" portion of your backup.  That could reintroduce the problem.

The autoloader is perfectly safe to do and doesn't void any warranty.  Once you download the autloader it takes only about 5-10 minutes to install it.  Just follow JSanders' instructions in the post.

I would start with that and then apply the patch. Make sure you get the one for the STL100-2, -3, -4.

Re: Critical Update for OS 10.2.1.3175 to 10.2.1.3247

1. Autoloader to reinstall 10.2.1.3175 OK
2. Wipe the device OK
3. install this patch.OK
4. Proximity sensor KO

I've followed your suggestions but still not working properly; both sensors don't work...

I'me repeating the procedure just to make sure.

What else can I do?

Thanks
