Email Sync

Emails do not sync real time u sing BIS service. Evry Time i have to turn on and off data service to get email messeges as well as to get other messenger updates.

Hi fay_arg,


The BlackBerry 10 devices no longer use the BIS service to send and receive email messages.  Depending on the type of email account you have configured, you could change the Sync Interval by going into Settings>Accounts, selecting the account then choosing Email.  At the bottom of the Edit Account screen, you can alter the sync interval.
