As a consultant who is generally billing on a time base, I need to have a way to track my time.
When going mobile, we received phone calls and/or messages related to various customers and don't always have the ease to track time spent.
For me the information contain in the Hub is very value added to get tract of what have been done during my day.
Is there any way we could Export the Hub logged items to MS Outlook Journal entries ?
I'm surprised that this is still not an an option while setting an account (email, calendar, task, note are possible ...but not the journal ?!?!). For journal, one way synch may be sufficient.
BTW: My phone is presently set to synch with a Outlook Exchange server using ActiveSync

Welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community Forums.
Thanks for the question.
Currently there is no way to export the items from the hub to Microsoft Outlook. You could take screenshots by pressing the + and - volume key at the same time.
Let me know if you have any more questions.

Then is there any other way we could extract the data to a csv, or any other kind of database ? or third party app ?
In the previous OS it was possible to extract these information's thru the backup file (.ipd or .bbb), but now with the OS 10 even if backup is also a .bbb file it does not seems to be working anymore.
I personally can't understand how BlackBerry could claim to be business oriented while not even offering a way to extract activity log.
