1. I need Japanese and Korean (South) input on Z10.
2. More then 3 input languages. I personally need 5-7 languages.
3. Alternative virtual keyboards as a solution for 1. and 2. ???
4. ICQ, Jabber with proper integration in Z10 Hub.

Make the default keyboard like the one that comes up for the device password or give you the option to have that as a default. The numbers are at the top line, so you don't have to toggle back and forth between numbers and letters.
Allow a customized swipe option for added security - like if I want to go to HUB, but I don't want just anyone looking at my alerts if I have already unlocked the phone by password and it takes a while to go back into lock. I can have a special swipe action that is faster than entering a password.
Better sound when using the headphone jack. It seems to only be in mono, not stereo.
Until there are more apps available for the phone, allow a "Android compatability mode" built in to the OS, so you can download Android apps (and have them work on your OS with full features) from sites not supported by BBWorld, like YP.com - not just an Android port app.
Offer multi-color LED assignment to contacts and customization as a standard feature and not an app. I had a great app on the Torch and the ones offered in BBWorld STINK and require access to send and receive data.
Give the option to save pictures to a certain folder either as default or a custom option in the picture menu when you edit and save a picture. Add a "SAVE AS" feature.
I know this isn't exactly an OS "feature, " But seriously, there needs to be more native APPS for this phone. The ones out there are terrible and very few offer full features for his phone. Offer some money to some real developers and get some stuff in there we can use!
Include an anti-virus, anti-malware, anti-spyware program FREE with your phone with regular updates and backup options.
Make it easier to move the keyboard out of the way when you need to see the menu options underneath it, like in the texting and email screens - you can't hit "save" or "cancel" until you move the keyboard out of the way.

This thread is getting long so I hope it hasn't been mentioned yet:
A "confirm call" feature - either a button or a simple "swipe" to confirm outgoing calls.
Being all-touch, it's too easy to tap a contact in error, especially when sliding it in and out of a pocket.
