Re: Feature Requests for BlackBerry10 OS

That would be cool to have another thread with applications listed, but we will need someone to keep it up to date with a single list, or a wiki type of post where people can start adding what they want and add checkmarks if they vote for the same one, otherwise get a thread with 500 posts, half of them with same/similar requests.

Going back to this thread, jsanders, is there an official 10.2 change log? Since 10.2 is now available as beta to developers and also as "leaked" versions, is it possible that we will finally get to see some of the most frequently requested changes finally get applied on 10.2? Or at least we can see what to expect and people can decide if they really want to get a BB10 device this Christmas (if their concerns are addressed) or go with something else and then maybe try BB10 when 10.3 is released.

Re: Feature Requests for BlackBerry10 OS

Is there 10.3 or the 10.2 is the latest update?

10.2 is not yet available, it should be soon but there is no exact release date for now, and the release is also carrier dependant since some release new version faster than other

The only 10.2 SDK release notes I've seen:  https://developer.blackberry.com/native/downloads/releasenotes/

raffaelmeier, this is possible. Just touch on and hold on a date bar separator. The right popup will show an icon for delete all prior & other options.

One must have very tiny fingers to do this! It took me 8 attempts to land directly on the date separator bar. Only at this point does the 'garbage can' icon give you "delete prior to this point". most times I can only get the email above, or below the date line to highlight. Very frustrating.

Re: Feature Requests for BlackBerry10 OS

Trust me, my fingers are no where near the "tiny" side of scale, no where.

Works fine for my fat fingers. Good luck.

Re: Feature Requests for BlackBerry10 OS

Still no OS 10 calendar/ical/icloud synch.  Rocket science apparently.  Compared to Desktop manager Link is a flawed approach to compatibility for a business oriented unit!  Considering its small market share BB needed to make all users/platforms feel welcome not alienated.  Dropped the ball.

Re: Feature Requests for BlackBerry10 OS

Of course there's iCloud calendar sync.

How to integrate iCloud contact, calendar, or email accounts on the BlackBerry 10 smartphone

If you're having an error is issue with it, please start a specific thread on that issue, it is not a "Feature Request" for this thread's purpose. Thank you.

LED Settings (network coverage, blinking duration)

[ Edited ]

Please add back some more settings for the LED:

1) Green (or custom color) for network coverage

2) Duration of LED blinking for calls, messages, reminders etc. (should be set via notification options the each individual item)

3) Maybe customized LED settings for contacts (chose what color / frequency to blink) without the need of 3rd party providers that need to run as active frame.

Thank you!
