Re: GROUPS where are they?

Hey JSanders, I still haven't heard anything back from @michealclewley nor @bbsupport... can you help me out, this is getting very tiring, and frankly may become a deal breaker with device renewals at our company in the coming months.

@gliveron

You know that now you can create Groups, in the BlackBerry10 contact app, right?

This has been added at some point since the original posts in this thread.

You can also make that feature suggestion in the BlackBerry Innovation Community.

Re: GROUPS where are they?

JSanders, I know Groups were added back in 10.2.1 series OS, however it still does not sync whatsoever with MS OUTLOOK (EAS) as did pre-OS10 devices did so effectively. I really get the feeling that someone is turning a blind eye to this, BlackBerry is a business devices isn't !! Is there a different channel to send this feedback to??

Re: GROUPS where are they?

I think we're carrying on this conversation in two different threads. I've answered your question in your other thread.

Can we keep this in one thread or the other?

And to honest with my own opinion, having synced Group contacts does not define a 'business' device.

Re: GROUPS where are they?

No disrespect intended, but who are you to tell us that this does not define a business device... it most certainly does sir, when all of our company devices (90% still Legacy) were setup this way for the past 5 years or so. Frankly I'm not sure what your point is!!
I along with a few other power user colleagues have been testing the transition over to OS10 since it was launched, and frankly we're having a tough time getting all parties to buy in right now. At the the end of the day, I need solutions, not opinions !!

Re: GROUPS where are they?

[ Edited ]

No disrespected taken.

Who is defining "business" device by having Group address? BlackBerry has Group contacts (yes, later than desired). Do they sync from Outlook? I quit using them and found other workarounds for that.

Mine is an opinion, same as yours. Right?

Nevertheless, this forum won't get it changed. I've provided the best contacts I know, that I know who listen, on this issue.
