Tried the upgrade using link reload os feature to no avail. Stuck at downloading os i keep getting network error. But i check all ok.

I'm home now and tried it with a very quick Internet connection with both my Mac as my wifes Toshiba and until now ... No succes. It does not upload, not re-install.... it tells me I have the latest version (10 0 9 348)

I have two weeks at home and then I go back to Africa,

And I'm really hoping to have at least WhatsApp working...

 

This because not all my friends have BBM and telephone will become very expensive. And Skype....

@elathouwers try adding this steps before u connect ur z10 to usb cable.
- change ur language to English UK
- region to United Kingdom English
Then follow all the other steps

For my z10, it works now I'm running on Z10STL100-2/10.0.10.690.

I cannot update it to version 10.0.10.85, it just detects the 82 version
