That was my main question, the service provider told me to skip taking out the SIM card, I take it I have to follow the exact instructions from the beginning?

All right, I will try bit and let you know if it worked...does this delete all my apps or just reinstall the os over the current one?

It can delete your third party apps. But, they can be reloaded very easily from AppWorld.

Hi guys,
What to do if I am on Q10 SQN100-3 DEV 10.2 OS and update (BL nor web update) is not available for my device (I have latest version of BL and tried almost everything from advices above)..
I want to go back to official retail OS on my Q10. Please help.

Well, the reload worked, but the problem still existed. So I tried something else, which was delete and remove the Facebook app...and problem solved. Don't know why that worked, but it did.
