How to Save & Download Media file?

[ Edited ]

the manuals are great, but there is an issue that i am unable to figure it out ,,whenever i try to save a file from the browser , the task doesnt get completed.  For example, i tried to download a music file, it opens up and starts playing instead of giving me the option to save it. and if i hold the link , and the menu appears, i select save file linked, still nothing happens. i thought maybe something wrong with the link, but i used the same link on Bold 9900 and it worked just fine and i was able to download the MP3 music file.... is there a way to help with this issue ?

On a website which includes download links, if you touch and open the link, it plays the file.

If you touch and HOLD the file name to download, you will be given THIS option below.

You will then see the file commence downloading and its progress.
