How to use the "Office Extension Access Number" with the Z10 correctly?



I tried to find related information in the Z10 user guide and in internet but did only find how to maintain the "office extension access number". I, as an end user, don't get it to work. Does our IT department has to set up something to enable this feature?


It's possible to set the access number in the Smart Dialing section on the phone. However, to me it's not clear how I can link it to "my company" so that this maintained access number is used before the extension of an contact from my company is called. Where can I define "my company" so that I ultimately only have to maintain the extension number as Work phone number in the contact?
