I NEED HELP REINSTALLING OS 10 ON MY Z10

i'm having issues with my hub.  my emails weren't deleting. so i tried to delete the accounts in the hub (gmail, twitter, fb) I left hotmail. I wanted to add them back.   The accounts were deleted but still show up on the list in my hub. hotmail only pushes an email after i've rebooted. still can't delete messages. I tried adding the other accounts....it freezes while loading the page to add. i'm at a losss here. i backed up my data and want to reinstall the 0s 10. I don't know how to do it. Do i have to do a complete wipe out? then install? i can't just reinstall it because i get the message that I already have the latest software. HELP!!!

I would suggest first a security wipe on the Z10.

Then, don't restore data, but setup your accounts first, and see how it goes.

 

If still problems, I'd suggest the wipe and force reload of the OS via the Link software.
