Intelligent Calendar?

Since yesterday I have been observing that my Calendar on my BBZ10 is behaving erraticaly. When I enter an appointment and press save, it automatically changes the time on its own. For example - if I set an appointment for 10 am and the next appointment is already prefed for 11am, when I edit and save the 10 am appointment, post saving, it displays the 10am appointment as 9am or 930 am...on its own!!

 

Is there somethinng I need to do with the settings? Please help

Sorry to hear you're having an issue with your Calendar.

 

Are you using the wireless sync feature with an email account such as Gmail or Yahoo? If so, did you confirm the Time Zone for your device matches the time zone of your email account? 

 

When you go to make the appointment is the Time Zone correct? (this is under the Start and End time)

Thank you for your prompt reply. 

 

1. I checked my Yahoo and Gmail accounts and the Time Zone's are all showing UK which is correct

2. When I make an appointment, the Time Zone is Dublin, London GMT

3. I also checked my phone time, and it shows the correct time with the daylight saving. 

 

This is so weird. I actually tried 4-5 times to change an appointment time and after I save, the calendar changes the time on its own accord. Never experienced this ever in any BB. I am an user for over 9-10 years now. Could this be a bug? This is really messing my appointments and schedule.

We would need to analyse device logs on this issue.

Contact your mobile network provider and ask for a support ticket to be opened with BlackBerry support.

As per your request, it is confirmed that Vodafone (my network provider in the UK) has opened the support ticket. Please analyze and help.
