Latest update.

I updated my phone just the over day and about maybe 4-5 hours later my phone froze and then afterwards every time I restarted my phone it wouldn't start up the start up screen and freeze there and I couldn't get into my phone from there.

No longer needed to physically pull battery to perform a hard reset. Simply hold down volume up and volume down buttons simultaneously for about 20-25 seconds and the hard reset begins. Its been reported by several BB staffers that this is now the recommended method.
