Music / Earphones

When playing music on my Z10, the song pauses and will not play as soon as I plug in the earphones supplied with my Z10. If I detach the earphones, the song will play.

Re: Music / Earphones

Hey gusburak,

Welcome to the BlackBerry® Support Community Forums.

To better assist you I have a few questions:

What is the full software version on the BlackBerry Z10 Smartphone?

Are you playing the music through the speak before plugging in the Headphones?

What is the volume set at when you plug in the headphones?

Thank you.
