I have an O365 user on a Z10, I am able to setup email via ActiveSync, it works ok for a few minutes and then stops syncing. Sometimes restarting the phone will allow mail to come through, but that is usually temporary.
I have tried hard resetting the phone and even tried a different z10 and get the same issue.
I am using AutoDiscover so there aren't any settings I can think of to get wrong.
