For unknown reason, since OS 10.2.0.424, name of Mobile Hotspot is fixed to "BlackBerry Mobile Hotspot <number>". Why the hell? Before, this name was changable to whatever you wanted to have.
It's not only that I hate to have a Hotspot with some-device in name... it's an security issue in addition, as everybody nearby is now aware of what kind of device I own. It is sufficient that NSA is aware of!
Looks like, decision to implement (or better "remove") this feature to let define/overwrite this name was done by someone who would never ever nowhere use this feature by it's own.
Does exist some hack (like Registry in Windows-World) to modify name in a different way?
