Hello, i tried the security wipe on my bb z10 fone and it has frozen since then , i tried reloading the software via the bb link software and also the bb update page but nothing seems to work . please help someone . it just shows the usb connect to pc logo. pls pls pls help

Hello,Thanks for the prompt reply really appreciate it .The soluton doesnt work .The KB33480 & the BB link reloading as well.They say no update or available & unable to update sometimes .The phone continues to stay in the same state.Please help.Regards,Sam
