Please stop daily OS update notices.. I updated

I updated the Q10 from .238 to 10.1.0.273 which was the latest via BB10 Link.  Now I get a reminder to update every day at 6.04pm.  Sure this is a trivial complaint but it should be easy to fix.  My carrier is Koodo if that matters.

Have you deleted any of the core apps such as twitter or Facebook, or any of your pushed apps from the mobile provider?

I did not delete any software... just the unwanted messages.  The notices started after the first time I used BB10 link which backuped the Q10 and suggested the OS upgrade.

Sometimes there are small maintenance updates of 2-3MB or even larger which you should perform.

Do you see the size of the requested update?

Correct me if I am wrong but there are 2 ways to get OS updates..  BB link and Settings->Software Updates.
I just checked the settings query and it says I have the latest. Will that shutup the notifications?  Which method is best to use for updates?
