Q10 - unable to send email messages

I can send and receive emails from my Hotmail account, but not from any other accounts.

 

I receive an error message: this message can't be sent. Try again later.

 

Does anyone have any ideas on what settings I need to change to fix this?

What kind of server are those account linked to, POP, IMAP, Active Sync

 

Also, one thing that I can suggest to you, delete the account(s) that is not working, reboot then re-add the account by just providing the email adress and password, 90% of the time the wizard is configuring the account(s) correctly on its own.

Sorry I'm new to this and have no idea - I use www.mrsite.co.uk for my websites and linked email addresses.

 

I've tried your suggestion of deleting and re-adding my accounts but now the Blackberry won't recognise the email account despite me being able to log in on my laptop so I'm in an even worse position now!
