Redundant Updates

Whenever I check for 10.2 update, I keep getting asked to install (again). And until I re-install it, it keeps nagging about it.

How do I get 10.2 update? Why is my Q10 constantly keep asking me to install the update?

Re: Redundant Updates

I've been having the exact same problem. Also, I can't tell if Rogers has received BB OS 10.2 or not. BS OS 7 (and older) were listed on Blackberry.com and easy to find. BB OS 10 is not listed anywhere.

BTW, when I connect my device to Link it does the same thing. Every time it updates it to

Re: Redundant Updates

I'm also having this same problem.  "About" shows that I have the 273 software version but I continue to get a 1MB software applications update to version 273 when I do a manual software update check.  Not sure why this is.

Re: Redundant Updates

Me too...

Constant asking for the update, every time BBM is connected.

BBerry you guys need to get on top of these things. Extremely frustating as a heavy business user. After the delay in two way sync etc etc all these things add up.
