Remeber App

After updating to a new 10.0.10.85 software i suddenly lost the access to the program Remember.

 

when i try to open the program, it shuts it down right away.


can you let me know if there is a way to reload that program or fix that problem.

 

i got few important notes in that program that i need to retreive.

Sorry to hear you're experiencing an issue with your Remember application.

 

How did you do the OS update? 

 

Do you get any error when you go to open the app or does it just shut down immediately?

 

Have you done a restart of your device?

The update was done through the device OTA.
My provider is Rogers (Canada), I was connected to my wifi network at the time of the update and my phone was plugged to a wall charger.

I did try to restart the phone few times by the restart option or battery pull and nothing helped.

The program doesn't give any errors just shuts down immediately.

We would need to analyze logs on this matter.

Contact Rogers and ask them to open a support ticket with BlackBerry support.

I just contacted Rogers, and they said that they cannot open a ticket with Blackberry support.

 

What are my next steps, if i can't resolve this is soon, i'll have to switch to a different provider and phone manufacturer that do care about their customers and products!

When you call Rogers you need to make sure that you are transferred to their blackberry trained support team, some of the others don't know how things are supposed to work. If at first you don't succeed try and try again, it is your RIGHT to be escalated if they cannot help you, they are bound by a contract. Smiley Happy
