Re: Totally disappointed with Z10

Goodness, how exciting this is! For what it's worth, here's a couple of "rules" I tend to use regarding communication.

Successful communication is a bi-directional transaction. The sender must compose their message in a manner that will (hopefully) be understood by their target audience. The recipient must attempt to understand the senders message as delivered. If understanding cannot be achieved, then it is incumbent on the recipient to request clarification, and likewise incumbent on the sender to modify their approach so as to achieve what they seek (understanding by the recipient).

The other rule has to do with support requests, such as the intended purpose of this community. The sender is requesting help or some other such thing. The recipient has a true desire to provide that help. But, the ability to provide useful help requires the recipient to understand the senders communications. So, in this sense, I believe that the onus is more heavily on the sender to modify their approach so as to achieve the required understanding on the part of the recipient, who only then can hope to provide useful assistance.

Cheers to all!

Back at You JS Smiley Wink

It's been an interesting first time experience on a public forum.... But hey, there's always a first time for everything & we don't/wont know until we do try it, no matter what it may be!

Guess that's why "they" say "people should step outside of the box or their comfort zone".

And "don't knock it until you try it" or "try it you might like it".

Take care JS until our pathes cross again...
