But since blackberry pushed version 10.2 I have being unable to upgrade. I have tried to check for the upgrade through OTA,wifi and PC. I keep receiving your software is up to date.
Please what could be the problem and what can I do upgrade to 10.2. Other users have all upgraded theirs. Please respond

vozkini, you won't get a new OFFICIAL version pushed to you unless you're on the official version, and since you're not using an ATT SIM card in the device anylonger, I don't think you will get the official ATT version pushed to your Settings > Software Updates screen.

You can manually load any upgrades using the process stated in the original post of this thread.

Re: Upgrading OS10 devices using Autoloader

Thanks zanders. The update came when my version was below 10.0.00 before it was upgraded to 10.1.2030. Do you think because ATT has not pushed 10.2 might be the reason if not could you please help me get the link for 10.2

Re: Upgrading OS10 devices using Autoloader

Yes, it is because ATT has not pushed 10.2, and you no longer have an ATT SIM in the device, right? So even if they had pushed it, you won't.

I will update this initial post in this thread today, hopefully.

Re: Upgrading OS10 devices using Autoloader

SOLVED

Dear all , as I wrote before I faced with trouble while downloading software on Z10 ( not for sale ) . Today I find the way to bring it back to life and hope this method can help somebody else .

What we need to solve that problem :

1. Download latest OS for device from official website , note : download correct file  e.g. stl 100-1, 100-2 ( i'm not sure if it is neccessary )

2. Download Command Line Programmer ( cfp.exe ) I use version 1.0.8.0 by Nasir Ali , you can find it searching google Smiley Happy

First step : empty phone memory using sfp.exe ( command is - "cfp nuke") , it will fully erase all data in phone memory

Second and last step is -  update your phone firmware using official autoloader .

Voila , phone works fine now .

Sure I'm not first faced with trouble , but hope this method can help someone who will stuck on it Smiley Happy

Best regards

Demnz

The latest OFFICIAL releases are listed in the initial post of this thread.

Nothing later or newer at this point.
