VoiceMail notification wont clear. HAS ANYONE FOUND A FIX FOR THIS YET????

Hey,

 

Still unable to clear the voicemail 1 in my hub. Tried the 5 finger swipe hub clear, tried to call and leave a vm and deletem the voicemail 1 remains.

 

Saw lots of people with the same issue....

HAve you try restarting the phone by holding the top button let it turn off for 30 secs and than turn it back on?

Had similar problem. When I went back to voice mail account, the message was still on the server, it did not delete.  After I powered down and re-started.  The message indicator was gone.  I then dialed into my voice mail account at Rogers and found the message had also been deleted.

 

I just assumed this was a problem with Rogers and my Voice Mail Account.  As long as the message remains on the servier, the phone will display an active notification.
