When I get a voicemail why doesnt it show up anywhere on my phone that I have one?

Welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community.

You should be able to see voicemail notification messages in your Hub. If you are unable to see them listed there with your other messages, can you please check to see that your Voicemail is selected to appear in the Hub? You can check this in Hub > Menu > Settings > Hub Management. Just scroll to the bottom of the list and make sure Voicemail is set to On.

Hi I've tried that and there is no voice mail in the list. Any idea how to get it there?

I have a Verizon Z10 and I do not get Voicemail notifications as well and when I go to the Hub Management settings, I can not find an option for Voicemail.
