Want to Un install the BB Z 10 Dev Alpha

Dear Team!

After a recent update to my BB Z10, it shows as Dev Alpha and now my BB Z 10 has got limited functions.

Please be kind enough to advise how can I go back to my original BB Z 10 software.

Kind Regards

Hey aslamfidha86,

Welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community Forums.

Thanks for the question.

Did you update your software from an official release from your network service provider or was it a different version from the computer?  Also what version did you update to?

I look forward to your reply.

Re: Want to Un install the BB Z 10 Dev Alpha

Hi Vicious

When I connected my BB Z10 to the PC to back up the mobile device, there was an pop message on BB Link mentioning that there is an update for my phone hence I updated the phone and thereafter there was message on my phone stating to download the Auto Dev Alpha software, since it was an advise from my phone I downloaded the Dev Alpha .exe file from the blackberry website and only that I found my BB Z10 was running the Dev Alpha OS.

The current OS on my BB Z10 is

As per the original box  that the mobile device came carries the OS of 10.0.9.
