I have 3 accounts on my BBZ10. Rogers is the wireless carrier.
Two accounts the emails are forwarded to the BB10 but on the third account which is my main business account emails are not getting forwarded. The go daddy service for email appears to send them to the desktop but they are getting "blocked" for some reason and not appearing on my mobile device.
I am usring a CRM on my desktop (Goldmine) but don't think that has anything to do with the problem.
Are there any settings on the BBz10 which limit access from different email accounts?
The business account <removed> is my default on the Z10 and my most important account.

Is this "business account" email on your desktop being downloaded by Outlook?
In your Outlook email account settings, check that the "delete from server" after download is NOT checked.
If Outlook deletes the email from the server after downloading, the email does not remain on the server for the BlackBerry to grab.
