[ Edited ]

There are several resources for users to get help with your Z10 BlackBerry smartphone:

  • The online BlackBerry10 Z10 How To site
  • a PDF User Manual is located here.
  • A video How To tutorial.
  • The Help application itself located on your Z10 contains topics cover most all of the basic features.
  • The BlackBerry Help Blog as a top of only BlackBerry10 tips and how to articles posted here

Re: Z10 Manuals, User Guides and How To links

Do you know how to retrive your contacts and calander events from an old phone?  I had a bold 9900 and couldn't get it to device switch because it kept locking up because of the social feeds and SD card.  Anyway, I was able to back it up doing a custom back up but now i can't figure out how to import that info into the new Z10.  Any suggestions?

With Firefox, download, save the file first then open it
Otherwise use Google Chrome. I could download and view immediately.

you are experiencing an issue with Mozilla Firefox's new PDF reader.

My advice is to simply use another PDF reader (but not from Firefox's reader, by doing right click from the previous webpage). For example, download the file and open it with Adobe Acrobat Reader

Doubtful you're the only one.

I've commented on your previous post.
