I have upgraded to the new Z10 but when I try to use the Blackberry Link to transfer my details from the Blackberry Curve I get an error message saying that my Blackberry ID is nt associated with a device that has Z10 software. Re: Z10 Recognition In Blackberry ID

On your Z10, go to Settings->BlackBerry ID or Settings->About to see which BlackBerry ID you are using. Make sure it is identical with the one you have used in BlackBerry Link. Unfortunately there is no option to change the BlackBerry ID on the device. If you need to change the BBID on the device, then you need to perform a security wipe and reconfigure the device.
