Z10 stuck in wipe loop.

[ Edited ]

My Z10 decided to flip out and wipe itself and now it wont come out of secure wipe loop.

What a gross disapointment this is turning out to be.

Heres an update, it now wants to connect to pc, but when it does it just shuts down.

Guess whats being returned, for a replacement¡!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Re: Z10 stuck in wipe loop.

Hey noboundaries,

Welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community Forums.

Thanks for the question.

Follow the steps below to bring the BlackBerry Z10 back to life:

  1. Open BlackBerry Link.
  2. Ensure the computer is connected to the Internet.
  3. Power off the BlackBerry 10 smartphone or BlackBerry PlayBook tablet.
  4. Connect the device to the computer.
  5. When the device button is available on the bottom of the BlackBerry Link window, click it.
Click the Reload button.
