There's nothing to explain, my mobile carrier has a dedicated line, paid of course, and they provide technical support. Isn't it the same everywhere?

That's not BlackBerry support, that is your TMN support "for BlackBerry".

It's the only BlackBerry support available!!! We don't have BlackBerry here in Portugal! We should have but we don't!

This is the BlackBerry support available here in Portugal: self help (manuals and faqs), users foruns (including this one, that's how I got here) and phone (now here's the joke, it says to phone the carrier or the seller!!!). And that's all!!!

hello mariadoceu,

there is one very simple way to get direct support from a BlackBerry support team member.

1) call your carrier hotline
2) explain them your problem
3) let them work with it, and acknowledge they cannot solve your issue
4) demand to have your issue escalated, at no charge for you, to the Blackberry Level2 support
5) a BlackBerry employee will contact you and work your issue out

Remember, step4 is what TMN owes you. You pay them every month for that.
