When you try to send a BBM message do you receive a red X, checkmark or a clock icon? Also do you have a data plan with your network service provider?

My BBM was working fine hours ago and then when I tried to open a BB message that went in (viewing in Blackberry Hub at this stage) I was suddenly asked to setup my BBM and when I clicked Setup it showed : "Associating BBM with your Blackberry ID." After some time, it displayed "Temporary Server Error"
And it has to be noted that even if my BBM was not open because of the supposed server error, I still continue to receive BB messages in Blackberry Hub.
Tried to on and and off my phone but to no avail

I recommend calling your carrier and asking to be escalated to Blackberry support so that you can provide a log.
