Why does my BBM only work over wifi? Been down over network since Monday. UK EE network. No response from BlackBerry help.

Thanks for the question.


When you're connected to the mobile network, do you receive upper case 3G or GPRS in lower case?  As well when sending a BBM message do you receive a clock icon?  If you do, I suggest contacting your network service provider for further investigation as it is a network related issue.
