My call use to disconnects after exaltly 1 hrs and now its down to 1.19 minuts need imidiate help on this.

What version of BlackBerry 10 software are you running on the BlackBerry Z10? Go into Settings>About to find this info.
Since this is a software related issue we will need to gather logs to investigate. Please contact your network service providor and asked to be transferred to BlackBerry so we can find the root cause.
